Notaries & Law Firms Registration
The Secured Transactions Registry System allows authorized agents to register
security rights on behalf of secured parties. If you are a licensed Notary Public
or a registered Law Firm, you can apply to become an authorized agent.
Who Can Register?
- Individual Notaries - Licensed Notary Public practitioners who wish to file registrations independently
- Law Firms - Registered legal firms with practitioners authorized to act on behalf of clients
Requirements
- Valid National Identity Card (NIC)
- Notary License Number (for Individual Notaries)
- Business Registration Number (for Law Firms)
- Valid email address for verification
- Contact phone number
Registration Process
- Complete the online registration form
- Verify your email address via OTP
- Submit your application for review
- Receive approval notification with login credentials
Note: Your registration request will be reviewed by the Registry Authority.
You will receive an email notification once your application has been processed.
